Hi Thomas,

I’m returning to your article after seeing one of your posts about Lattice abandoning their HRIS initiative on LinkedIn. I was wondering if you ever published the piece you mentioned: “I have long post on the way on what I think the next generation core HR architecture…” Apologies if I missed it.

In the interest of transparency, I should mention that I was at Cornerstone OnDemand during their expansion into HRIS, where I helped implement their products. I was fortunate to have prior HRIS experience. I was fortunate to have prior HRIS experience, and I’ve always kept a keen eye on companies that make the transition from talent management to HRIS.
